Eye Charts
Remember those eye charts to test how well you can see? Well there's a neat little tool where you can create a chart with letters you choose. Make a phrase and with a click of a button, you'll have something unique for your classroom. I originally saw it on a crafters blog and she used it for something family oriented (which inspired me to make one for my family) but then I thought it would be neat to use in the classroom (so I created a few examples below). And this one I did a quick edit to add my name at the bottom of the chart and a different border:
