If you live in Houston, you have a wide-range of resources available to you. One of those resources are the libraries here in Houston. Houston Public Libraries are top-notch and up-to-date with all the modern resources including iPad hour-long session check outs for kids 2-6. This pilot program started out at the first of year with the thought that it would help ease kids into the world of iPads. To their surprise, the kids they encountered were able to use it with little or no problems. Besides iPads and books, HPL has a host of online resources for their community.
